Looking for a speaker? Geoffrey L. Turner, has been a certified business continuity professional through the Disaster Recover Institute International (DRII) since 1997. He has conducted tabletop exercises and spoken at the CPM 2006 conference in Las Vegas. Geoff has also spoken at the Association of Contingency Planner meetings in Boston and Albany, NY State Emergency Management Office regional meetings, and various other association programs and seminars. Geoff has developed several business continuity plans, one of which faced the ultimate test of a facility fire that forced the company to relocate staff and work under the plan for over a month. He has also designed and implemented an offsite business recovery and data recovery center. Geoff is currently the president of the Association of Contingency Planners NY Capital Region Chapter.
